The server was down so we were unable to book when we wanted. Because of this the price had increased slightly by the time it was back up. I called to book and the lovely lady gave us a 10% discount...

Ok. I was left hanging on for a long time at my expense though to spend a lot of money on a holiday! When I got through eventually booking operative was fantastic.
