The booking froze when I incorrectly entered an infant age, but then it wouldn't unfreeze. I had to lose all my cookies to get my ipad to unfreeze. This also meant I lost the hotel booking I wanted...

Booking was simple
Booked on website and it was fast and straight forward but one issue was my fault, I mistyped my email address. Phoned next morning, changed email and confirmation sent within minutes. Cannot wait...
