The webpage kept going down when I tried to book, the site also said it was extending the 2 for 1 day deal, but when I did book the following day the particular hotel deal I had seen the day before...

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback comments, I do apologise that you were affected by the system issues we experienced at the time you were trying to book, We did extend the offer that was live at the time but due to our prices being based on availability the hotel rates can change at anytime.

Thank you for your feedback, I do apologise for the issues you experienced online, We did have a website server issue last weekend which caused a lot of problems for everyone. I can only apologise and am happy to see that you have got a booking for the future, Have a lovely time when you go.

Everything was awesome!!
Very helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable sales representative, who went out of her way to answer questions, even calling the hotel for me as there was something specific I wanted to know.
