Had to phone - website issue
Went through booking for room shown as available. At end it declined booking and told us to call. Telephone service very helpful but told us no room in that category available. Booked a different...

Excellent so far
Somehow iI managed to pay twice for the same booking. The staff were excellent in returning the overpayment to my account without any issues and within a couple of days. Great stuff

Attempts at booking package advertised on line
After many attempts on line and many phone calls unable to book chosen package. Firstly told that server was down then that chosen hotel was actually not available. Did not received promised return...
