I had a couple of questions about the hotel so had an online chat with Abigayle. She was able to answer all my questions and the online booking couldn't have been easier.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry that you had a bit of a wait for the lifts, there are two lifts at the hotel to service all floors so apologies for any frustration caused in regards to wait times.

The website does not give you the option to change you're hotel stay so it's the night before your chosen day at the park bit when you call they can do this , would be good if this could be done...

Easy to follow, It was great to get all information on this page including ticket prices and hotel distance etc. had a bit of trouble changing dates and the price kept changing without me making any...
