Website difficult to use
Difficult to search through hotels, some days there are more to book than others, and nearly impossible to fit q-bots and when I did they no longer are available to book.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, Our hotels work on an availability system so if the rooms are booked in certain hotels the website will only show available hotels for that date. Qbots are all subject to availability and sometimes if it is an off-peak date they won't be deemed necessary for you to use therefore won't show up as an add on choice.

But how can more hotels become available a week later ? Will May half term really be an off peak week ? That was when I was trying to book a Qbot .

Hello,
Thank you for your reply, With our breaks we have certain hotel contracts that start at different times in the year so they will only become available when the contract starts.
The QBOTS are now available to book as an add on extra all subject to availability there was a slight delay in loading this onto the booking process.

Very good telephone booking service. Sadly on day of trying to book the computers were down so had to book later. Otherwise very friendly and helpful staff.

Booking our Legoland holiday
Very easy to use, I liked how it also showed you the partner hotels available. This saved lots of time searching. Also, very competitive prices with breakfast and 2 days in the park.

Happy with package price, but annoyed with charge for extra night.
During the booking process I noticed your option to stay at my chosen hotel for an extra night. Your booking process was going to charge me £135. However, I checked the hotel directly and the price...

Thank you for leaving us your feedback regarding your recent booking, We are a booking agency for all of the hotels offered as part of a package deal with contracted pricing including park tickets. Apologies that in this case we weren't the most competitive, We are alway confident in our rates however there are rare occasions in which we are beaten in price.
