It was easy to use.
It was easy to use, however I got a call whilst on the form that interrupted me. When I started again the price had gone up £8.00 within minutes.

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback, We do work on a live availability system where prices change upon availability of the hotel, Unfortunately because bookings were made at the same time the price changed for your sister in law. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused but do hope that you enjoy your break away.
