I am really sorry to hear that you didn't find the site easy to navigate. If you have a Merlin pass, it certainly is possible to book online without tickets here at http://www.legolandholidays.co.uk/annualpass.html .
This can be found on the homepage of the Legoland Holidays website.
We also have a great customer experience team that you can call for free on 0800 212 050. They are always glad to help you to get booked up if needed.

Hi there,
thanks for taking the time to rate your booking experience.
Sometimes international addresses are not recognised, often due to the different postcodes from so many countries.
The address used needs to match where the credit card is registered to. There are ways to tweak the address to make the booking complete successfully, if you do not wish to phone we also have a live chat system that can talk you through how to do this.

Smart phone booking must be made easier.
The booking experience was good but I did try several times to make the booking from my smart phone but it did not work. I had to use my pc at the end.
Putting this aside, the rest was excellent....
