Support for non-UK clients not very efficient
Tried to book a package on a Sunday afternoon and could not conclude payment. Tried to call using the number available oin the website but did not work for international calls. Sent na e-mail asking...

Unclear on how many park days to hotel stay.
It wasn't made clear that when I chose to stay 4 nights I wouldn't get 4 days park entry. I thought I was getting a park day for each night stayed in the legoland hotel.

I can see that you made your booking online. When doing this you have the option of choosing a 2 or 3 day ticket (with one free of charge day included in with either).
I can only apologise for any confusion caused. It is certainly an option to purchase an extra days ticket for the fourth day if necessary.
