Failed on a IPad and just froze and then when I went on a pc the price had dropped in the space of 10 mins ?
Shame the cost of the resort hotel is so high in comparison to all the others

Thanks for getting in touch and letting us know how about your experience whilst booking online. I am sorry to hear that you had some troubles booking up on your Ipad. We go to great lengths to ensure everything is working as intended on all of our websites across all booking platforms. With all we do, we still understand that sometimes errors or bugs can still appear.
However I am glad to see that you where able to get booked up by Booking on a PC. With regards to the price, we do work on a live booking system, so the rates can change at any moment for the hotels we provide. It's good to see that the pricing of your break was actually reduced giving you even more value for money.
Here at Legoland Holidays, we have a wide variety of hotels on offer to meet the needs of all our guests. I understand that a stay in the Legoland Windsor Resort Hotel can be a little more expensive, but there are many advantages and bonuses in booking a stay onsite.
An entirely themed hotel along with themed rooms, onsite entertainment and not to mention that you are right on the gate enabling you swift entry to the theme park.
We do certainly hope that you and your family have a wonderful trip to the Legoland Windsor Resort and hope you can accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused to you whilst booking.
