System crashed when I was trying to pay which was a concern. Also, annoying that have to pay a fee to use credit card.

Speedy and efficient

the booking service is a joy to use
Rachel in the booking service was really helpful - particularly learning about the 36 hr cancellation policy and guiding me through the different options.

All quite straight forwards with the exception of the extras. Put the car parking on so I thought, but didn't see the add button, so had to repeat exercise.
