Diabolical booking
Initial booking confirmation did not come through via email.
Cannot add on another night because no booking reference.
Had to call and wait on hold for over 30 mins at 13p per minute.
Got cut off....

Good booking system, some improvements could be added.
Fairly easy to book and add meal/extras. It’s unclear if it’s easy to collect food at the park or if you need to book restaurant times under new Covid situation. This should be in terms/explained...

It was very straightforward. I liked that Legoland is partnered with other hotels that were closer to our budget.

Some good. Some terrible
Booked my original holiday back in March before lockdown done over the phone very easy. Recently wanted to add my in-laws who are deaf to the original booking to make it easier for enquires....

We had a problem booking the hotel and Lego land. Every time selected the deal a message said there is no availability then we need to start again also there's no alot of food options such as...

Amateur service with falsely advertised room deal!
Not falsely advertise room rates with other hotels, ensure room details are accurate and be able to take a phone call, all lines unavailable! Not very professional given costs of breaks!
