Thank you for the feedback and good to speak with you just now. Yes, I really kicked off a fuss with one of our biggest suppliers over the free Appearance Pack not being on the vehicle when it arrived in stock. I know the only other option didn't really work with the lead times and so you chose to take delivery of the vehicle, but I know that the free optional extra was one of the things that was so good about the deal. Having spoken since, I'm pleased that you say everything else was good and that the vehicle is great. If there's every any way we can help in the future, please don't hesitate to let me know.
