We are sorry to hear that your experience on board the Vision 4 was not what you had expected and that their were disturbances with the pumps and issues with the condition of the boat. It is unfortunate to hear that you felt the training did not provide you with a full explanation of how to properly operate the boat and that our staff were not able to resolve the mechanical issues with the boat upon request.
