Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to post your comments. We are very sorry to learn that you experienced some problems during your cruise. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and are very sorry that you felt this was not delivered to you. We are also saddened to hear that you felt disappointed cruising one of our most popular destinations, the UNESCO world heritage designated Canal du Midi. Carcassone is indeed a must-see on the route but we are sad that you didn't enjoy the time cruising or the other stops and experiences of the region. Although, we are sorry that you were disappointed with the standard of cleanliness of your boat.
