we use Benson about 4 times over the last few years and its been overall great but the new Russian yard Forman comes across very aggressive and all ways looks upset not a great impression
Everything was perfect from booking to the boat though the service/information at check-in at Gray could have been so much better ..... It wouldn't have taken two minutes to inform us that there are...
Disappointed we had to wait so long for our boat instructions due to others. We did not set sail until 6pm from when we arrived at 2pm. Beds were not made either but staff were very nice in general.

Base staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Boat was excellent and very well presented. Charging £7 for cushions although trifling, was very irritating.
