Mr Joiner, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. As discussed, we were not aware that there were any issues with your delivery and if this had been reported to us, we would have resolved these for you. We value all our feedback however, as discussed, we do feel this is a little unfair as the issues were caused by factors out of our control and as above, none of these were reported to us to give us the chance to help you. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your custom, and we will welcome you back when you are ready to place your next order.

Hello, thank you for your feedback which is greatly appreciated. We actually get charged alot more for residential addresses by our carrier (ranging from £17-£35), but we made the decision to charge a flat rate to all of our customers a few years ago. We have had discussion with the carrier regarding the tracking service and this is something that they are currently developing- as we are predominantly trade based, we have to use specific carriers, unfortunately these are not quite as advanced as others with timed deliveries.
