The app is currently tracking the point at which you transition from wake to sleep, and we're working to release detailed sleep scoring in early 2019. We regularly update the app to improve reliability but If you're still having issues with the app or the headphones then please let us know at support@kokoon.io and we'll be happy to help

Hi Erik, thank you for leaving your review on your Kokoon experience and we're sorry to hear you're not happy. The detailed sleep scoring functionality will be released in early 2019. Unfortunately it requires a lot of training of our algorithms on our final hardware to get this functioning properly, but we are nearly there.
