Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. I am very pleased to see that the property sold quickly. Although after the acceptance of an offer your legal representatives would normally take over and manage the sale, the Estate Agent is still expected to progress the sale with regular updates and by liaising between the parties. I am really sorry that this was not the case in this instance and I will make sure that your feedback is passed to the branch.
