Good Morning,

I'm sorry to hear we couldn’t fit you a Water Softener on this occasion. Unfortunately, not all water softeners can be installed and this can be due to a number of factors such as access to mains waste, stopcock location or space. our dealers do their utmost to look at every possible way to get them installed. If the situation changes at home, such as a house renovation then we would be more than happy to come and discuss again.

Good purchase
The water softener was quickly fitted. The water is lovely and much nicer to use. The softener uses much less salt than I expected. it was however an expensive item.
