The cable I enquired about has an 8-pin plug on one end, the cable supplied has only a 5-pin plug, so cannot be used. We didn't know the existing cable was 8-pin until we removed it. My enquiry was based on a part number from the existing cable, and not being in the electronics business I assumed that what you quoted would be a suitable replacement.
