Thank you for taking the time to feedback your recent purchase, I wanted to personally speak to you and apologise for any embarrassment that you may have felt whilst calling us recently. I have left a voicemail for you to let me know when you are available to speak to. I cannot apologise enough if you felt that your query was not handled with the utmost care and attention and that you felt undervalued and belittled, this would never be our intention. We pride ourselves in offering advice and guidance to help ladies such as yourself through their first use of the Kegel but we are not medically trained or qualified nurses of any kind and have the advice given to us by the Manufacturer to help guide you through. I can guarantee that in no way will your personal circumstance have been the cause of any jovial behaviour that may have been in the background and again I apologise if this appeared to be the case. We do have periods where we are training new staff or on new products and learning the product information can end up with a lot of questions being asked. Our small team of customer service support staff here also take care of the web advice service to help you and try to work in an environment whereby we ask advice of from each other based on information a customer has provided to help our customer as they will have different medical concerns, every customer is different and important to us. I would very much like the opportunity to discuss and make amends for any bad feeling and embarrassment that may have been caused and to help guide you through using your kegel so that you do not feel this has been a waste of money. We really do appreciate your feedback with regards to your recent purchase. We apologise for any confusion that the delivery may have caused. We do offer a 'working day' delivery service and as Saturday isn't a working day this service comes at a premium and is offered on our website at time of checkout should you wish to choose this service. Any orders received after 4pm will be despatched the next working day and in line with the delivery service you choose at the check out. We appreciate your comments in regards to alternative retailers and the service that they provide and that their charges may be somewhat less than we are able to offer, the cost is relative with the amount of orders/customers each retailer has.
