Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback on your recent purchase. I can only apologise if perhaps the conversation came across rude or condescending that would never be our intention.
We do try to explain what our delivery options are, the delivery services that we use and we do have a look in to the customer's choice at the time of ordering to ascertain an approximate date of delivery if they chose the standard delivery method. Of course if the delivery had taken a considerable amount of time to arrive or was meant on a next day delivery and had not arrived we will certainly track the order through the Delivery Service's website and follow it up with the provider if required also.
