I am so sorry you had so much trouble unloading. We do state on your invoice that it is kerbside delivery and if a tail lift is specified, as in this case, the driver should have a pump truck on board to move the pallet to the tail lift and down to kerbside. Drivers do sometimes help with unloading, but usually they are not covered by their company's business insurance if they do so and the company may have advised them it is the customers responsibilty. So if they don't help, it isn't always down to laziness.

We are naturally very sorry if you got a request from Feefo twice to give a review, but actually this is the only one we have from you, so maybe the first attempt didn't get sent? But thanks for taking the time again and still giving us 5 stars. That was very kind given the inconvenience.
