Thank you for letting us know about the strapping issue on the pallet. We have had words with our packers who were very apologetic and we hope not to have this issue again.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know. We do try our best and the products are great, with no maintenance required and a very long life.

The initial outlay for our products is more than wood and may be more expensive to deliver as some of it is heavier and denser than wood. However, you will get your money back many times over in savings on time and labour for maintenance of wood and eventual replacement. Our products can generally be expected to outlive us all and never need any maintenance apart for cleaning. Jet spraying will not damage the product.

Thank you for the great feedback. We have had words with the staff who can't count and they were very sorry for the error. We are glad we were able to get the balance of your order out quickly, and grateful you were kind enough to take the time to give us a good review.

We use various carriers to deliver our goods. In this case it was DHL. Generally they are very good, but when we contacted them about the failed next day delivery they explained that the van with the your goods on board had broken down and they would attempt redelivery in the next day or two once the goods had returned to their depot. Strangely, you did not believe that a van had broken down and thought that we were just making excuses. We kept you informed as soon as we had an explanation from DHL and after explaining the issue and telling you the goods were now on the way you demanded a refund. We said it was not our policy to give a refund until the goods were returned to us by DHL as per our terms and conditions of sale. You were unhappy with this, so we went ahead and gave you a full refund anyway. We feel we went above and beyond regarding service. Our terms and conditions of sale state that once goods have left our business we are in the hands of the carrier and are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances. Once a customer has let us know that goods have not arrived we immediately follow up with the carrier and help in any way we can. Customers can of course go direct to the carrier using the provided tracking link. We have tried numerous carriers for our goods but none are infallible so we simply use the best we can find until we have grown big enough to have our own delivery service. We are very sorry you are unhappy with our efforts in this instance and hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you in the future when we can show you how good our service really is. Anyone looking at our independent reviews can see that we have an excellent customer service record but we find it is not possible to please everyone all of the time. We just try our best and thanks to your reviews we can locate any weaknesses and take action to avoid problems going forward.
