Good Afternoon, Many thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately our website does this and this is being looked into by our web team to try and make this a better service. Going forward to stop this I would advise paying on account therefore you will only be invoiced for the items you receive at that time and you can call up and pay via card at point of invoice. Our inventory team and our procurement team our working around the clock chasing suppliers and trying to source alternatives, i do apologise if some stock lines are not available. The item has now arrived back in stock and has been allocated to you order. Our transport attempted delivery on 23/11 and the office was closed.
