charges you when it says it won't
confusing. says you don't have to pay till pickup, then charges you anyway. price seemed ok, though

Horrible switcheroo
Car confirmation on kayak doesn't match the car type booked via Priceline and Sixt. Wanted a convertible, booking confirmation says convertible. Priceline and Sixt booked me a midsize. Disaster.

Confusing and Frustrating - will not use again
I spent the last half hour, trying to phone Priceline, phoning Enterprise, and 'chatting;', first with a BOT, then w/ a person named Shannnon...jsut trying to learn the currency that used!! Waste of...
