I do not wish to hire a car from your company without knowing the full cost including excess insurance etc. Your booking system needs reviewing to include the add ons.

The print this booking link did not work. Otherwise you would have scored excellent ... nice and clear with efforts to disclose all material facts which I did not need to go digging for.

First time I have booked anything through KAYAK - would not hesitate to use again as so easy and quick to get a perfect result... came up with options that other web sites either didn't offer...
