We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the experience you purchased at Bar Lupo. Since our venues need to prepare food, confirm the proper staff, and reserve a space for these events in advance, we do ask that headcount be finalized prior to the event. We understand that the venue upgraded the bar package for you, as well provided the attendees with gift cards for future dining and food to take home from the event to help offset the lower than expected attendance.
