As we discussed, the airline (in common with many carriers) now charge a fee per person per flight for reservation changes. In this case it was very unfortunate given the circumstances, but our customer services staff did manage to negotiate with the airline a reduction in the additional charges on compassionate grounds. Hi there Thanks for your feedback, we're sorry to learn of the problem you experienced. As discussed, we've checked the booking history and our records indicate that the booking made corresponded with the journey selected from the search results. Unfortunately most 'no frills' airlines do charge a fee per person per flight leg for any changes, and where the initial fare is quite low these fees can be quite high in relation to the original amount paid. Obviously whilst it won't now be of help on this occasion, we would always recommend that anyone making an online booking with any travel company checks their booking confirmation immediately upon receipt, as any discrepancies are normally much easier to put right if spotted on the day of making the booking.
