Reception service was excellent but rooms rather old fashioned in decor

It would have been nice to have had a more relaxed place to eat we found restaurant too fine dining and didn’t like music and a singer when we were eating. No obvious Pool service either.

Helpful planning with excellent knowledge.

Very good knowledge of the areas and accommodation which helped us decide on the holiday. Happy to tweak arrangements to suit us. Feels like a more bespoke approach.

Thank you for your comments and we have spoken on the telephone. I am sorry that you were subjected to unacceptable 'hard sell' by the car hire company regarding the additional insurance that they incorrectly asserted you were obliged to effect, and we will be reveiwing our relationshop with them.
