Thank you for your comments which have been invaluable to us to see how we can improve our customer service. I agree that it was a failing on JSP that we did not keep you informed and I have now taken appropriate action to ensure there is daily checks of orders and delays are communicated quickly.

Thank you for your comments and my apologies for any delays you have experienced .   We aim to despatch branded helmets within 5 working days if they are from our core helmet range which do not have additional features, but our carriers do not guarantee next day service and some delays may be due to them.  For helmets which have additional features and requires longer production time despatch dates are advised at the time of placing the order.
