The bag came in perfect condition. Although I did order online as no where in Scotland had this bag. Delivery prices were reasonable but the "next day delivery" was more like 2 days away.

Hi there Jade, delivery is next working day. This was ordered on a Sunday and we work Mon-Fri so this was sent out on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday. We will look in to the wording on the site to make sure that this is clear. Thanks very much for your feedback and your custom, it is most appreciated!
