very quick delivery and well packaged, howevee the magnetic security tag was still on the trousers. i did not have time to return tham so took the tag off myslef after looking on the internet to find...

I do apologise for this! I can assure you that this is not commonplace. We have double checks in place to make sure things like this do not happen but I will make sure that these checks are occuring. I would have sent another pair for you and collected these had I have known so I do apologise. I will get some free gifts sent out in the post today by way of an apology.
