This item was sent with DPD - we are starting to change to DPD from a few of our stores and will eventually use DPD for all of our dispatches. I informed the customer of this but he contacted Fedex who told them there was no parcel - this is because this was sent with DPD. This has been delivered.

Many thanks for shopping with us and for taking the time to leave feedback. We have had instances where duplicate items have been added to the cart from re logging in etc. hence the phone call and subsequent voicemail to you. On more instances than not this has been a duplication where customers have not wanted the extra items. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused and tried to do everything in my power to let you know of this and also to arrange an AM delivery for the outstanding item to get to you as soon as possible, I also tried to make you aware of this as early as possible. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

The bag came in perfect condition. Although I did order online as no where in Scotland had this bag. Delivery prices were reasonable but the "next day delivery" was more like 2 days away.

Hi there Jade, delivery is next working day. This was ordered on a Sunday and we work Mon-Fri so this was sent out on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday.
