Hello,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. I have just checked your order and can see you ordered Bifocal glasses with a dark brown tint on the lenses which is what we have provided. Bifocal lenses are different from varifocal lenses. It doesn't look like you have tried to contact us with regards to the glasses but if you would like to email us our email address is contact@jpopticians.com.

Hi, I'm sorry you are not happy with your purchase. I have had a look at your order and I can see you placed the order on 22/02/2022 the frame you selected is only available in one size and the measurements are clearly shown on our website.
You then contacted us on 28/06/2022 and told us the frame was too small. As you have had the glasses for 4 months this is well out of our 14 day returns policy stated in our terms and conditions.
I feel like this is an unfair review as if you had contacted us within the 14 days we would have rectified the problem.
