Service was good, frames were delayed in arriving but was kept upto date on ETA, aftercare was poor

Many thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm sorry that you have not been satisfied with the after care that we provide. With regards to adjustments we usually ask to try a local Optician as its far easier to adjust the frame when the person is there. We also stated that if you tried to adjust the frame and it broke we would replace the frame free of charge and we also stated that you could send the frame back for us to adjust.
Quick and friendly service. Ordered online but was able to receive personalised service when I called in for help. I will continue to order my glasses from here in the future.

Because we are high street Opticians we only supply the best quality frames and lenses which are exactly the same as we sell in our high street store. All of the designer glasses are genuine and come complete with authentic case and cloth. We are able to keep our prices low because we have large accounts with all of the major frame suppliers and we pass discounts straight onto our customers.
