I'm glad you were pleased with the speed of the delivery.
Regarding your return, we do state on the returns form enclosed with your order to allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. This to allow for the time it takes to be delivered back to us and also the 7 day refund window from when the item is received by us.
We also advise on the returns form that we do not confirm when we have received the return, we will only contact you when the refund has been processed.
Should you wish to confirm if we have received your return, please track it on the Royal Mail website using the Tracking Code on your proof of purchase issued by the Post Office at the time of posting.
If it has been more than 14 days since you posted your return please contact us directly on help@jonzara.co.uk with your Tracking Information and we can investigate as a matter of urgency.
