Holiday good in parts
Customer service was good. No problems with booking etc but did not like resort or hotel. Would have paid extra for a better room and perhaps this should have been advised at time of booking not...

Very good customer service, from booking by phone, to being looked after by Tom our coach driver. The places we visited were well thought out, and the concert was fun.

Mixed feelings.
No problems with customer service, well organised, good pickup process, good coach/driver. Hotel disappointing, evening meals disappointing. breakfasts good though. day trips excellent.
