We’ve built our excellent reputation on selling the finest beds and providing exceptional customer service, so, of course we’re disappointed to receive your 1 star review.We must point out that the Enchanted House mattress you bought was neither delivered damaged or second hand goods. As with many of the brands we sell, Enchanted House is a premium British manufacturer where all beds are hand-made to order. Once notified of your dissatisfaction with the mattress, Enchanted House gladly made you a new one, at no extra cost, and even pre-conditioned it to avoid you having to suffer any further settlement period. The divan base was also exchanged for free.We will always try to resolve any problems as swiftly as possible, unfortunately, in your case, this took longer to resolve due to the Covid-19 global pandemic. We are unsure if anybody could have resolved this any quicker in a lock-down period where stores and manufacturers were forced to close.Again, we’re sorry to hear that our service did not meet with your expectations and wish you all the best for the future.Best wishes,The Chichester Bedding Centre Team

Once notified of your dissatisfaction with the original mattress, we made sure that they provided a suitable solution. We can only apologise for the number of replacement mattresses required from the supplier, but would hope that you'd acknowledge that we went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service at all times.
