Not the same shade of grey as indicated on the tin
I bought a tin of mid grey cupboard paint, and although the colour sample displayed on the tin matched what I was looking for, the paint itself was a much lighter grey (almost white)! I only went...

Excellent service and really fast delivery. Paint was packed really well in dedicated box, so arrived safely. Well worth buying direct from manufacturer. Definitely recommended

No paint delivered, no customer service
The satin paint i’ve purchased was not delivered. I did contact both the delivery company and Johnstone’s but no answer from both. Not satisfied with this service.
