We have now added text message and email along with the traditional phone calls that we make each month to notify customers that their Oil Club is live. Customers can reply to these texts and emails to place an order keeping the process easy and providing a choice of how they would like to order with Johnston Oils.

Thank you for the great review, we really appreciate you taking the time to give us your opinion on our service. As we discussed our website doesn't yet have the capability to add voucher codes or discounts when placing orders, as a result of this we have reduced our website price so that our online customers do not miss out on the £20.00 saving when placing their first order with our new Ayr Depot.

We hope to have this resolved soon and will remember to add this into any marketing material in the future so that our customers do not experience any slight disappointments.
