My last 2 orders have taken far too long to despatch - only after 7 days and 2 phone calls . John Smedley don't seem to understand what service internet customers expect - I would expect despatch...

We always aim to exceed our customer's expectations, however, during busy sale periods customers may experience a small delay in the despatch of their orders. We are reviewing ways of ensuring this delay is kept to a minimum and improving communication with our customers regarding any possible delays.

The service is great, the online chat is very useful to ask any questions of the products or services.
I would order more though if I didn't have to pay for delivery, this is a barrier to ordering...
Lovely jumper. But also excellent customer service as I had had problem with jumper given to me as gift. PaUl Ashmore from customer services was exceptionally helpful and in the end sent me online...
