After locating your account I am extremely sorry to hear that after such a small amount of time the wooden rosary has broke. I can see that this item has never been returned to us even though we would have gladly arranged for the product to be returned to us at no extra cost. I have now arranged for a free replacement to be sent, and hope this goes some way in saying how sorry we are for the product did not last longer.
