Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re your order place with Joe Browns. I was very disappointed to read your comments about the quality of the pants and that frayed and were of poor quality. I have taken your comments through to Q.C and the buying team, and are now taking the matter up with the supplier, as all products we sell should be fit for purpose, these clearly were not. I wish you had returned these and we would either have refunded or exchanged so sorry for this. As a gesture of good will I am sending you some vouchers, so please use these and I hope your next experience is better and that the product performs to expectations. Have a great summer. Where we get comments like this, we check the items concerned and where necessary we re photograph the item. The website can be updated immediately, the catalogue has to wait for the next print run.We are now checking this, so thank you for bringing it to our attention. I hope you have a great summer.
