Excellent, usually very fast service. Two out of three of my orders arrived the day after I placed the order. The other order was slightly delayed but that was at Christmas so understandable. I love the whole Joe Browns ethos and the catalogues, the art work, the ideas and the layering, comfortable look. I only discovered Joe Browns a few months ago and am hooked.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. We were disappointed to see that the products were of a poor quality. The pack of 2 ong sleeves tops are a lightweight garment, but they should not be a rag after one wash, so our apologise for this. I have passed your comments through to the QC department who are now checking the stock. Thanks again. Kind regards Tony Brown

I love Joe Browns and use them often, however they dont reward loyalty which is sad. They did sort out a query well on a recent order but i spend a lot with them and dont feel like a valued customer.
