Thank you for sending us your comments. We were very disappointed to see that you found the service appalling. We always try to get an order out in one hit, as otherwise it increases our carriage costs as any further deliveries to complete an order are down to Joe Browns. Sometimes, particularily at the start of the season all the stock does not arrive at the promised dates, much as we wish it would. In this case we were waiting for the repeat order of the chunky knit to arrive. We do try to keep customers informed of when the back ordered items will be with them, and know fully just how frustrating it is when an order comes in fragmented. Agin sorry for this and thank you for raising the issue as it helps us to realise how important it is that our deliveries come in on time. Kind regards Tony Brown
