I have been a customer of Joe Browns for some years now, so was surprised to find that my recent order didn't fit. I'm normally a size 14 so ordered the items in my normal size, but they were all, except one, enormous. Maybe their sizing policy has changed, but I did check the size guides for each item. Despite this, the quality of goods received was excellent, as always. It's just a shame I have to send so many back, and at my own cost too. Free returns please Joe!
