Thank you very much for taking the time to add your comments.
Unfortunately it is indeed customers who must pay to return goods to us (unless of course they are either incorrect or faulty, in which case we'll happily send you a free returns label).
We have considered offering a free returns service, although we don't particularly like the way in which such services are operated because those companies who offer this service aren't actually offering free postage as such; they average out the postage charges that they incurred for the previous year and then incorporate this cost to their business into the prices of their products, which means that a postage charge is paid on each item that is purchased. We however prefer to operate more transparently and so charge you less for goods, but kindly ask that customers pay to return items to us, which means paying to return only the goods that need to be returned, as opposed to paying a small fee on all of the items purchased regardless of whether they need to be returned or not).
Once again I would like to thank you for your comments, and hopefully in the future we may offer a free returns policy.
Best Wishes
Lorraine
