We were pleased to see that all the items fitted well, but disappointed that the buttons broke on the shirt.With the buttons been broken the shirt is not suitable, so I would like to send you a pre paid slip to return the shirt back to us, where we can either refund you or send you another one.I have also asked Q.C to check these buttons. Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. We are pleased that you are a big fan but were disppointed to see that the jeans were too tight. I have passed this through to the QC department as we need to check that the jean is to the agreed size specification, and if so we may need to alter the pattern on future jean orders. Sometimes the jean may have the incorrect size label in and hence be too small. Again thanks for raising this point which will be actioned.
